At the Soul Essence Retreat Day, we gather as a tribe. Here you will be held in a safe and sacred space for you to connect with your body and soul in meaningful ways.
Through ceremonial cacao, heart-opening meditation and a deep sauna ritual you will be guided to connect deeper with yourself and your true essence.
We meet in a group where you have the opportunity to unfold, be seen, and to be hold in your authentic essence.

With the gentle embrace of ceremonial cacao, you’ll be invited to soften, open your heart, and journey deep within.

In the embrace of Mother Earth, you awaken your senses and connect with the aliveness and loving presence of nature through a mindful walk by the sea.

In the warmth of a nourishing saunagus, you’ll be supported in releasing what no longer serves you - meeting yourself with love, tenderness, and acceptance.

The location for the retreat day is my small retreat cottage in Gilleleje — a cozy and nurturing space. It's a loving and peaceful environment designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and nature, and take a deep, nourishing breath.
Here, you step into a little oasis with a unique energy that gently supports the processes you move through during the retreat.
It’s important to me that the location I hold space in are infused with presence, relaxation, and the freedom to both be with yourself and connect with others — and that is exactly what my little retreat cottage offers.

This includes a nourishing and delicious vegetarian lunch, ceremonial cacao,
wholesome snacks & tea and 8 hours of facilitated journey for you.
REDUCED PRICE
This retreat day is offered at a reduced price as there will be some video recording.
The intention behind this is to capture the essence of the journey.
The filming will be done with great care and respect for the space, ensuring that the sacred atmosphere remains undisturbed.
